About Peishan
Peishan Li is an audio engineer, sound designer, and interactive audio artist based in Boston, originally from China. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Electronic Production and Design from Berklee College of Music.

With a classical background in piano, she combines musical sensitivity with technical precision. Her work spans games, VR, and film, specializing in interactive sound and modular synthesis to create immersive and responsive audio experiences.
​
Peishan is proficient in DAWs such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, and Reaper. She implements game audio in Unity and Unreal Engine using Wwise and programs with Max/MSP, Csound, C#, C++, and JavaScript.
​
In 2025, she received Berklee’s Disasterpiece Award based on her outstanding achievement in the Electronic Production and Design Department, and she was named to the Dean’s List every semester for her excellent academic performance.
She has contributed sound design, original music, and technical implementation to a wide range of student and independent projects across VR, animation, games, and multimedia.

Her current work focuses on VR musical instruments, gesture-based audio interaction, procedural and modular synthesis systems, and immersive sound design for XR environments, exploring how sound can function not just as a medium but as a form of interactive architecture.​
